HARLAN SUMMER SWIM TEAM
Cyclone Swimming
Harlan Swim Team is a member of the Western Iowa Swim League and consists of swimmers ages 5 through High School. The season typically runs from late May until early July. Swimmers have the opportunity to improve at practice and at meets in Harlan and throughout Western Iowa.
$60 per swimmer | $5 discount for additional swimmers in family
PRACTICES
Weekdays May 28th through July 12th; No practices on meet days or holidays
11 and Up - 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
10 and Under - 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM
Time Trials and team pictures May 31st!
MEETS
Compete in Western Iowa Swim League
9 Regular Season Meets & WISL Conference Meet
Swimmers compete in age groups based on age as of 6/1/24
Swimmers must attend a minimum of 2 regular season meets to be eligible for the conference meet
EQUIPMENT
Goggles and towels are recommended for all swimmers at meets and practices
Girls often wear a one-piece competition suit and boys wear jammers, but no special suit is required
Swim caps or hair ties for longer hair recommended
